A 65 years old man came to me c/o get constipation, that results in abdomen distention, so much. So, I get mentally upset. And my right thumb got infected and abscess developed 3 times, incised, healed and reoccurred 4th time. I advised CBC which is normal, ESR: 50, Sigmoidoscopy normal, blood sugar on a normal level. H/O weight loss present. All I/D done in his town, no histopathology exam is done, only antibiotics given.
X-ray chest and rt. thumb is posted. Have a look and advise for him. Should I start ATTT or not smoker bidi?
