A 60-year-old woman has boils in the inner side of the left nostril. History of recurrence of boils and occasionally there drainage of pus is observed. On examination, we found that the tip of the nose is red, swollen and painful. History of illness : The patient is diagnosed with diabetic, gout, hypothyroidism, hypertriglyceridemia. Drug Therapy : HBA1C 6.5 with oral anti-diabetic drugs, For gout Allopurinol 300mg daily. For hypertriglyceridemia combo of rosuvastatin and fenofibrate. For hypothyroidism Eltroxin 25 micrograms daily. Atenolol 100mg daily.
