I have twin male child  age 22 months both have c/o recurrent attacks of breathlessness some time with fever. Elder brother also have similar complaints but now frequency has decreased. They are on prophylactic inhalation steroids with monteleucast  still frequency is same.

X-ray chest, cbc MT are normal. Vit d sachets are given weekly.patients are poor and can not afford sophisticated investigation . Can anyone help me?
