A patient suffering from loose motion (3 days) with fever (1 day). She is a young female giving h/o outside food 5 days ag , now suffering from passing stools mins after eating something. She had malaise for last 4 days along with nauseating feeling. Developed fever on 4th day, sudden onset, 103 'F. No shivering but she was feeling the chills.

relieved with paracetamol. She had Enteric fever 2 yrs ago in the same month. Given below her lab tests. What would be the management for this?
