This labourer has fungal lesions over face, trunk and extremities (large demarcated), and recurrent excavating type lesions over palms as in pictures, along with numbness of fingers, all poorly responding to antifungals. No dermatologist is available and I told him to consult some dermatologist who is 100 kms distant. This poor man repeatedly comes to me as often his lesions respond.

Though he is now regular with medications but he responds poorly. Please suggest some management.
