45 year old male, non diabetic, non hypertensive, c/o recurrent furuncles occuring in lower limbs. Started after sharing bedsheets with a co worker during night shifts, Even his wife has similar complaints now. BSL : normal, Blood culture normal.

Treated systemically on Tab Flagyll, Tab Ceftum, locally on T derm Ointment and clindamycin ointment locally Furuncles still recurring. and they occur along the lymphatic drainage route. Kindly advise on diagnosis and managment
