Case presentation A 17-year-old male football player with a history of cystic fibrosis (CF) visited the clinic with complaints of recurrent muscle cramps while playing football. These cramps would occur during the second half of the game and workouts. It mainly affected his lower extremities and sometimes his abdomen and upper extremities.
