Many of the female pt having such veins/ lymphatic vessels visible on legs with some oedema and little heaviness. Some have vericose veins in legs , palpable at pop fossa, calf, thighs and some females with out vericose but fatty  and Hypothyrodism. Sometimes at and along menses they bleed like ecchymosis and reabsorbed in three days.
