I started my practice in delhi 1 year back. I want to start a clinic with outpatient surgery requiring no admission. According to nursing home registration officer, I don't need to register my clinic as far as I am not operating patients with over night stay. Can somebody highlight the rules and regulations of opening clinic in delhi.

Which registrations are required? Is there any kind of Operation theater licence required or not? Is there any body who registers clinic in delhi?
