This video will demonstrate successful case of 52 year old lady. Lady presented with one month history of nasal regurgitation and hoarseness of voice. Examination revealed left vocal cord palsy.

Imaging revealed a left jugular foramen schwannoma. She underwent retrosigmoid approach and total resection of the intracranial portion of the tumor.
