In past some 40 to 50 years back there were consultants in India who were both eye and ENT consultants. In this context, two such great consultants were in the 1960 year one of the hospitals in Srinagar Kashmir India. These two great consultants were my dad Dr Ghulam Nabi Sahib doms from Madras, doms Vienna and DLO Vienna with another senior consultant by the name of Dr H B Singh doms DLO, London. The advantage of combined specialities was that there are some ENT conditions like nasal and paranasal conditions which may have ocular involvements also DCR orbital surgeries can be tackled much better by combined specialities of eye and ENT endoscopic DCR can also be done easily by them.
