Supreme Court again clarified that it will not allow any admission to a medical college if MCI didn't permit that college for admission of MBBS seats in any academic year due to deficiency in Medical college. The court has specified that whether it is self-financed college (as these colleges are) or government or private college under state, all colleges should be of the satisfactory level at least in MCI inspection. In these colleges even Kerala legislative assembly brought a law to allow admission but SC ruled it out.
