A 30 year old male, smoker and alcoholic for the past 10 years, has history of trauma sustained 1 year back. No complaints after that. Now h/o numbness of both palms and soles for the past 1 week.

Consulted a physician- advised for MRI. On examination, tremors + fingers, Hyperhydrosis+ ,peripheral pulses well felt. No change in perception of light touch, crude touch, pressure, pain sensation in palms and soles.How to proceed further?
