A 32-year-old male was presented in ED with a 7-day history of malaise, fever, joints and neck pain, and a persistent headache. He also had a rash on his palms and soles. Patient History He had eczema as a child but no other skin problems Consumed antihistamines for hay fever No other significant medical history Examination Multiple, small erythematous macules with 1-4mm in diameter and patches with scales were observed on the palms and plantar surface of feet. Some lesions were slightly pigmented. Similar lesions were scattered over his trunk The lesions were blanching His mucous membranes, scalp, and nails looked normal Had mild neck stiffness.
