Yawning is very much contagious as we some one see yawning, we start doing yawning ourselves too and even if we start it it remains repeated by us for multiple times for much time. No scientific reason was explained for such natural reparation of our body's reaction which is widely prevalent and almost affect every person. But now it has been reserached  that it is because the human propensity for contagious yawning is triggered automatically by primitive reflexes in a brain area responsible for motor function. Contagious yawning is triggered involuntarily when we observe another person yawn -- it is a common form of echophenomena -- the automatic imitation of another`s words (echolalia) or actions (echopraxia).
