Misinformation and rumors about vaccines can undermine public trust in COVID-19 vaccines. The United Nations has, therefore, undertaken an interesting initiative to bust the myths associated with COVID-19 vaccines, which will involve collaboration on an international level. The UN has collaborated with the University of London’s School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine’s Vaccine Confidence Project to undertake an initiative named “Team Halo.” The initiative aims to address the misinformation about the COVID-19 vaccines. Over 100 scientists have joined hands to bust the myths associated with COVID-19 vaccines.
