It's taking time in opening cervical os in 4th gravida. I gave 400 ugm stat then after 4 hrs 200 ugm misoprost stat. After that bleeding started again I started 5 unit syntocinon in r/l and then left overnight. Bleeding stopped bt cx didn't open.
Next morning again 200 ugm given p/v at 7o'clock then at 10o'clock 400gm at 2o'clock 200ugm at 6o'clock 400ugm orally. Yet no result fetus is 14 week iud now its night what to do next? Pt vitals stable but anxious on retaining dead fetus so long nearly 36 hrs after induction. All given p/v Medicine except once last orally.
