Today I feel that our IMA has become a pocket of an organization. I feel there is no rule existing, for example, there is no democracy in IMA and the live example in Bihar which is devoid of election from past 10 years there are few people who are spinning our IMA. I got a mail which was anonymous stating that how people are placed there at a top position without contesting elections. There is someone called Dr n Appa Rao who is a self-styled chief coordinator of IMA gets all the facilities of that post(air allowances, DA etc) when there is no such post existing in IMA.
As far as I know, there is no such post. Our IMA needs active leaders now not selfish leaders please discuss this in a meeting on 27th of dec meeting at Delhi.
