dear docs   A 55 yearold lawyer K/C of Diabetes and hypertension has severe senile tremors of both hands interferring his routine activities.He has no other neurological problem.gives strong F/H of senile tremors - his father and two elder brothers are also suffering.He is now on  Inderal 40mg tds and pacitane 1 bd .symptoms not controlled.kindly contribute your suggestions.
