Dear all, I am treating a lady with pelvic floor descent with severe pruritus ani and frequent continent and incontinent defecation. I am at loss as she is getting it in spite of pelvic floor exercise and good creams to be applied locally. She has undergone surgery for rectocele also. But the problem recurred.

Can you suggest further line of treatment or alternate medical therapy? Thanks in advance. Regards.
