The court acquitted a doctor of the charge of rape finding testimony of the complainant inconsistent and said it can not be relied upon. A woman admitted to not knowing the contents of the complaint and she was made to sign the complaint forcibly by police and NGO. This confirmed blackmailing of the doctor. Doctor was defamed and it will definitely affect his practice badly.
