Smoking is considered to be a major health threat and almost every doctor recommends against it. On the other hand, there are a good number of doctors who are themselves smokers. Moreover, an Indian survey revealed that 81% patients reported to dislike when they saw their doctors smoking in public and would not like to be treated by a doctor who smoked in front of them.
Do you think in such situation doctor should act as they advise to their patient regarding such general health awareness? At least an act that goes against general health recommendations should not be performed publicly by doctors. Comments please.
