The points to go through: If we get patient, you would be called to see and you would get your fees, minus our facilitation charge. If anyone asks for discount it will be from doctor's fees and not from hospital bill. You have to be available 24x7 with no obligation on part of hospital to pay you to keep you engaged for the call day. If hospital gives free treatment, your fees is automatically nil but if you waive off your fees, hospital shall still charge its due facilitation charges.
Those on salary/contract shall get off on Sundays and shall have no responsibility to attend emergencies but honorary person shall be issued memo if he/she fails to turn up within 30m of receiving a call. An Honorary contract can be terminated without notice any time and uttering a single word opposing management can bring it about.
