It is well known that iron IOFB(Intraocular Foreign Bodies) can cause siderosis, we present this case presented to us with complain of ocular trauma before 3 months and lost vision. We could not detect foreign body with imaging techniques.

During cataract surgery intralenticular foreign body found.It is rarely reported that siderosis is limited only to cystalline lens and not anywhere in anterior or posterior segment.Patient regained 20/20 posteratively and retained for follow up of 6 months.
