Many lady pts presents with this type of skin excoriating problem , sometimes on ATT, sometimes without any history of drug ingestion, fever, but from low socioeconomic strata  . This pt has problem from four months, no relevant history elicitable. It's all over body covered and exposed parts.

Advise treatment for her.
