Baby is 3 months old with this skin lesion noted since birth. Born out of non consanguineous marriage at full term with baby's weight 3 kilograms. No family history of any skin or neurological problems. On examination, well grown baby with normal head circumference. No skin lesions other than the one seen. Head circumference is normal.
Lesion is extending in anterior parts and genitals too. Skin is intact in all aspects. System examination within normal limits. Parents reassured and at present baby is being followed up. What is this skin lesion? Identify and share your opinions.
