Case presentation A 12-year-old boy presented with misaligned and extra teeth in his oral cavity. Medical history The patient was born from a third-degree consanguineous marriage. His mother was diagnosed with hypothyroidism during the third trimester and was on levothyroxine. The patient was born full-term through elective cesarean section, and his weight at birth was 1800 g. Diffuse hypertrichosis was noticed at birth.
The patient was ventilated for four days due to perinatal asphyxia. A surgery for a left inguinal hernia was performed in the eighteenth month.
