Patient History: A 19-year-old presents with a vaginal discharge. She is currently 9 weeks in her first pregnancy. The discharge started 3 weeks ago and is non-itchy and creamy in color. It is not profuse but she feels that it has a strong odor. There is no bleeding or abdominal pain. She has had previous two similar episodes but they resolved spontaneously. She has been with her partner for 3 years. Neither of them has any sexually transmitted infections.
They have always used condoms until 3 months ago. She has never had a cervical smear test. Physical Examination: The external genitalia appears normal.
