Since doctors have extra mental stress leading to committing suicide or their transfer to psychiatry ward. This issue has been widely discussed in this forum. Now finally considering its importance, Board at AIMS had given its approval for the establishment of special wellness clinic to deal with extra stress on doctors. Psychiatrist, psychologist and vocational counsellors will be part of this clinic.
I think it was a dire need which will be helpful in relieving mental stress of doctors. What is your opinion? Kindly share.
