I have been wondering since long whether the extended definition of spiritual health really exists? And what needs to be done to achieve better spiritual health? We all are aware that people do a whole lot of things like donations, alms, contribution in religious places of worship, feeding hungry, blankets for pavement dwellers, free kitchens, serving water and tea in hospitals etc. to ensure tonic to their souls. Does it really benefit? Where does it fit in the Hierarchy of Needs of an individual?
Do we humans get pricking sensation when we have achieved the basic needs and are financially secure? Or any one at any stage can jump straight way to achieve this requirement of Spiritual Health?
