A 15-year-old female with h/o fall, presented with pain abdomen. Patients vitals were stable abdomen wise she had moderate to the severe tender abdomen. CT of the abdomen showed AAST grade V injury with shattered spleen. The patient was planned for laparotomy.

She had a big laceration involving about 60 of thickness from posterior aspect towards hilum. She is about 1.5L blood in abdomen and lot of clots. What should be the ideal treatment?
