I am trying to collect different point of views, opinions, techniques, whatever you may call it, regarding providing a sufficiently deep Anesthesia for short-term surgical manipulations like D & Cs, closed Reduction of fractures, I & D of an Abscess etc which may take sometimes up to one hour or even more time. I am requesting you all Anesthetists or whoever has any definitive knowledge about it, to enlighten me a bit about any particular drug combinations and style of delivery which you may have seen or are using or may have seen being used even if you were against it. Lots are using Diazepam et al. I have seen a senior use Paracetamol + Tramadol + Diclofenac IV for D & C.
