A 34-year-old man without any previous medical history fell off his bicycle and presented with lower abdominal pain and acute hematuria. Examinations: Minimal tenderness in the lower abdomen No bruising Laboratory tests were normal. Red blood cells were found in urinalysis. Fearing injury to urogenital organs, a CT scan was performed.
