A 66-year-old woman is presented in ED with sudden onset of chest pain 1 hour earlier. She is otherwise fit and well apart from 11 years of history of hypertension. She has been consuming amlodipine for all these years. Examination Troponin levels were not raised. D-dimer was moderately elevated.
