A 35-year male, non-smoker, non-alcoholic, non-diabetic and normotensive. He is having blackening of glans( non-gangrenous, like tree branches), different sensations on that particular area. The rest of glans no itching, no redness, no h/o sexual contact beside his wife.

Other tests are normal, no other symptoms. What treatment should be given?
