Stress fractures in baseball players commonly occur in the lower limbs. However, in recent times, upper extremity stress fractures are now being recognized more frequently. Among the few reported cases of upper limb stress fractures in baseball hitters, stress fracture of ulna mid-shaft in non-dominant forearm still remains unreported.
The present study is the first reported case series of three patients with stress fracture of ulna mid-shaft in non-dominant arm of baseball hitters.
