An 18-month old baby was brought to the ED by her parents, as they were concerned about her noisy breathing. They also reported that she had a mild cough for the past 1 day and her temperature was elevated. Her vaccination record is up to date and there were no developmental problems or any other relevant history. Examination Her oxygen saturation: 94% on air. The baby was restless and had a hoarse cry. Audible stridor at rest was noted. The baby had a low-grade fever with a little higher respiratory rate.
