41 year old male attended the emergency room with history of loss of conciousness .The patient is non diabetic non hypertensive. Blood chemistry is normal, LFT, RFT is normal , Haemogram is normal. Lipid profile  is no family history of stroke.

On examination there is no neurological deficit. MRI brain shows multiple lacunar infarcts. What should be the further management?
