34 yrs old patient gives H/o throat pain and neck pain. Pain radiating to external ear and soft palate intermitantly. He had multiple visits to ENT surgeon who said no significant finding ENT related. Cervical spine X ray didnt show any abnormality. But noticed that there is an extension of styloid process and medial deviation rt sided.
Suspected stylalgia and probably nerve compression. pain relieved by pregaba/carbamazapine for time being. What should be the next modality of treatment if the symptoms persist. best option probably?
