A 68-year-old gentleman complained of left neck and left shoulder pain for the last three days. The pain was sharp in nature. Subsequently, multiple vesicles were developed over the left neck and shoulder region. Clinical examination revealed multiple vesicular rashes over the left neck and left shoulder.
