A 33 yrs old female patient complains of pain in the right knee joint for last few months. A patient was treated with anti-inflammatory drugs and got relief. Now for last two months, pain has increased and patient not responding to anti-inflammatory drugs. X-rays shows lytic lesion in medial condyle of the femur.

MRI findings are suggestive of GCT which has been confirmed by biopsy. How to manage this case?
