A 5 yr male child with right upper zone consolidation and bilateral pneumonitis in x-ray with symptoms and TC at presentation 16800  mantoux negative was treated with 2 Courses of antibiotics cefixime and azithromycin. Cough is still persistent and few days after treatment with above fever again recurred.

Should I give him more antibiotic cover and which one? If not then what should be given for treating him further?
