Immunodeficiency disorders often result from long usage of drugs or serious disorders like cancers but can be occasionally inherited. The primary immunodeficiency disease (PIDs) is rare and it includes a group of 130 distinct disorders caused due to a genetic defect of the immune system. The prevalence of PIDs is 1 in 1200 of births which often includes IgA deficiency. This case is a presentation of the immunodeficiency disorder accompanied by Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (HL).
