30 yr female with h/o pain at right sacroiliac joint region. Pain is there since 1 year. Pain radiates downward and involve back of thigh.

Pain is more during seasonal variations like more in extreme heat and cloudy environment. One of orthopedic surgeon whom I have talked about this case told that its a congenital defect in bone which looks like fracture but its actually not. Please give your opinion about this case and advice further course of treatment?
