Recently a 22-year-old woman has alleged that a doctor molested her inside the operation theatre during a fistulectomy procedure, FIR has been registered against the doctor. Hospital authorities denied the allegations, claiming that the operation took place with her consent and in the presence of two female nurses, a male anaesthetist and a male OT technician. Now as a health care provider how are we going to defend ourselves in an era when every act of ours is considered mistrustful.Should we have a recording of the entire procedure?
