60 years lady c/o allergy over hands from 40 years, she doesn't consume milk, curd, and many more food items, doesn't uses soap ,detergents also from years, uses analgesic for headache for years. ( Analgin, Paracetamol, nimuslide, + Diazepam. ) She develops bullous lesion over hands, ulcerates, blood and fluid released from bullae, washed with Handkerchief, leads to cracks in cloth of Handkerchief. What is this lesion and reaction?
She develops reaction to many drugs after consuming for few months. I have to prescribe a new compound every time. She has suspicious nature, wants remains in her own ideas and believes. What is this skin problem?
