Case presentation A 3.5 kg female was born through a cesarean section to a 32-year-old mother, gravida 2, para 0, aborta 1, at the 39th week of gestation. An unremarkable prenatal course with membrane rupture just before birth was reported.
The Apgar scores were 9 at 1- and 5-minutes post-birth, respectively.
