A 61-year-old male had mild discomfort in the chest on 12 January. On 15 January he came to me, BP 90/70 mmHg, ECG done at both occasions shows Twaves inversions sharply at the town level, which changed into bifid deflection. It's a definite indicator of ongoing severe ischemia of the circumflex branch of Lt coronary.
