A 68-year-old male hypertensive on Telmisartan presented with the history of Tiredness, sweating, Chest uneasiness at peripheral Hospital. Clinical examination revealed Heart rate 162/min, BP 100/60. ECG recorded. Patient was stabilsed with IV fluids and medication.
