A 78 year-old-man had fever form 8 days, treated with inj. cefuroxime 1gm and Injection Amikacin 500mg iv for 8 days (doses not clear), then fever subsided, Pt had anorexia, treated by many GI specialist for more than a month, not responding, came to me with the report showing big gallbladder stone and prostatomegaly, s. creatinine 1.8 , rest not LFT CBC,UREA,.... HE IS UNDER GONE CABG IN 2012 ,has mild DM.
